Use a Denver County Court case number to view status, locate criminal document copies, and distinguish County Court proceedings from later district-court records.
Denver County Court works best when you already have a case number

Start with the strongest locator
Use the Denver County Court case number. If you have an Arrest Booking (AB) number, the Quick Search also accepts it.

Do not expect a general name search
The Denver County Court public portal says person/business name searching is not available. The separate name+DOB tool shown in Quick Search is for active future court dates, not a historical name search.

Read the ROA and disposition
With the valid case number, the court exposes official case information such as register of actions, disposition, sentence, schedule, charges and other case data.

Order the filed document if the wording matters
The portal does not provide case documents. Move from the index/status view to the Clerk for the actual criminal or municipal filing.

Use identifiers to reduce wrong-person and wrong-case errors
Case number
Best portal key because it points to a specific Denver County Court case.
Arrest Booking number
Useful when paperwork contains the AB# but the court case number is not yet known.
Name + DOB
Useful only in the portal’s active-future-court-date feature; do not infer “no criminal record” from no active hearing.
Court/jurisdiction
Denver County Court is not every Colorado court. If the prosecution belongs to a different Colorado judicial court, use that court’s official system.
Order a criminal document from the Clerk when the portal is not enough

Write down the case number
The Clerk can fulfill a specific request more reliably when the docket is known.

Specify disposition, judgment, order, complaint, or other filing rather than “all criminal records” unless the whole file is actually required.

The court records page directs criminal and municipal requests to Lindsey-Flanigan Courthouse, Clerk of the County Court, Room 160.

The public-records page lists $0.25 per page and notes photo ID may be required.

No case number
Use an AB number, known citation/paperwork, active court-date lookup, or the court’s named commercial case-number research options.

No active court date
That only means the future-date feature did not return an active setting; it is not a historical clearance.

Portal has case but no document
That is expected. The court expressly withholds case documents from this portal; request the copy.

Wrong court
If the matter is not Denver County Court, move to the Colorado court that actually holds the case rather than forcing the Denver portal to answer it.
A portal line and a certified document are different evidence
Preserve the Denver source level
Save whether the item is an online ROA/disposition view, a plain Clerk copy, or a certified court document. A recipient asking for an official certified disposition is asking for the latter, not a screenshot of the portal.
